Sarsuela ng CPP-NPA-NDF

43 Years of Lies and Deceptions of the CPP-NPA-NDF
For over four decades of spreading misinformation and false promises, the CPP-NPA-NDF has finally reached the threshold of tolerance of the Filipino people. Our sensibilities are finally awakened by the culture of deception, violence, and fear that have long been perpetrated and manipulated by the communist movement. We say enough is enough. We could no longer be naïve and fall victims to the lies being spread by the CPP-NPA-NDF. No sane individual will ever believe when the NPA justified their actions of attacking and burning billions of pesos worth of mining equipment and displacing thousands of workers as mere acts “to protect the environment and defend the rights of the indigenous people”. In fact, these recent incidents have earned widespread public condemnation here and abroad.

To defuse the ever growing ire of the Filipino people, the communist movement has again resorted to the art of deception by diverting the public’s attention when they released four (4) Bureau of Jail and Management and Penology (BJMP) personnel and a municipal Mayor and his two (2) military escorts whom the NPA forcibly abducted in two separate incidents months ago in Bukidnon and Surigao del Sur respectively. It would now appear as if the victims’ families owe the CPP-NPA-NDF big time for the “humanitarian consideration” of their release. Have they ever thought that trumping the basic human rights of individuals like kidnapping, no matter how they justify it, can never gain public sympathy and support for their movement? Even the demise of their “top deceiver” (spokesperson), Ka Roger, who had died of a heart ailment months ago, was exploited by the movement in their desperate attempt to cover up their crimes and mislead the public. But the Filipino people can no longer be deceived. We will never glorify an NPA cadre who was responsible for the murders of scores of innocent persons including those from their own ranks. Not even up to his death.

For the last 43 years, what the Filipino people have experienced from the communist terrorists are senseless killings, gross violations of human rights, exorbitant extortion demands, deliberate recruitment of minors and students, summary executions, bombings and so many other atrocities. Then what makes the CPP-NPA-NDF believe that the public’s perception is still on their side? They too must be victims of their own lies and deceptions.

With the courageous and concerted effort of all peace-loving Filipinos, we are sending a clear message to the CPP-NPA-NDF. We will no longer be duped by the false promises of your fake revolution. The Filipino people will forever stand united against the culture of oppression and violence of the CPP-NPA-NDF.

And yes peeps, I call this "Sarsuela ng CPP-NPA-NDF". What else do they have to offer aside from violence? - Malayang Filipino

NPA: Insurgents or Bandits?

The New People’s Army (NPA) started out as a band of armed peasants led by Bernabe Buscayno better known as Kumander Dante. This group emerged from the past Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas (PKP)-Huk actions in the late 1960s. The residuals of the old Hukbalahap guerillas played significant roles in the establishment of this peasant armed group. Meanwhile, the communist party experienced a problem during its inception, it has no peasant base to complement its supposed peasant-led and Maoist inspired revolution. After a few months, the CPP found an ally in the Tarlac-based peasant armed group and what followed was the birth of the CPP-NPA.

After over forty years of armed struggle, the NPA has slowly lost its significance as its numbers are slowly dwindling from a peak of more than 20 thousand fighters in the mid 1980s to its present strength of just over 4,000 regular fighters, mostly new recruits. In their 2009 year-end assessment, the CPP leadership acknowledged the lack of potential political cadres as one of the major factors that led to the decline in the recruitment of regular members. Added to this, the issues that triggered the mass exodus of members and political cadres in the countryside during the Marcos regime already became non-existent in the present political situation. The general public’s awareness about the deceptive strategy of the CPP-NPA has also been more pronounced more than ever. Thanks to our soldiers, the anti-communist party-list groups and non-government organizations who continue to educate and inform the public about the communist party’s ulterior motive which is to destroy our democratic way of life and seize political power.

And to ensure the survival of its guerilla units, the NPA has been engaged in atrocious criminal acts like arson, extortion (a.k.a. revolutionary taxation), and bombing of important establishments. These are done under their party line of “advancing the revolutionary struggle”. Many hardcore NPA cadres have made a profitable business and money-making scheme out of the so called “revolutionary taxation”. While the ordinary red fighters sacrifice their lives and limbs in miserable daily conditions in the countryside, their top cadres are enriching themselves while living in luxury and comfort in the cities and a few top CPP leaders abroad. Today, the CPP-NPA is no different from other syndicated crime groups who prey on big businessmen and innocent civilians to raise the needed funds and sustain their illegal criminal activities. To whether the present day NPA can still be considered an insurgent group or not is already out of the question. What is clear now is that the NPA has already mastered the art of banditry.

So what is your take people?
